President Rivera discusses future programs that are necessary to support the state’s future needs such as civil engineering specific to water treatment and sewage-related to planned infrastructure investments.

  • Previously served as superintendent to the School District of Lancaster.

  • M.A. from Cheyney University of PA
  • Rivera became President of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, October 2021
